Do you find yourself exasperated with deciding what to cook for dinner? My dear friend of over 15 years (wow, time flies girl) and Amazing Mom Kadija McLeish is coming to the rescue. This talented and dedicated wife and mom of 2 will be sharing easy and healthy recipes, shopping and cooking tips on ispeakmom.com! We are delighted to have her on our team and can’t wait to whip up her delicious meals!
Kadija was born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago. She married her Jamaican college sweetheart and is now the mom of two amazing little boys. This mom-preneur is the owner of Green Girl Groceries - a personal grocery shopping & delivery company in South Florida. She shops and delivers for busy families, executives, seniors, tourists and celebrities. GGG opened in (Nov) 2014.
“I’m a Competitive Home Cook. I started my competitive cooking hobby when my first son was just a few months old. I have always loved cooking for myself and others, and as a new stay-at-home mom, I found myself totally wrapped up in baby world. I discovered online recipe contests one day, and it became a fun creative outlet, plus a great way to challenge myself. It’s been an amazing culinary ride since!
Over the past few years, I have won or placed in over 40 recipe contests and live cooking competitions. I have been blessed with incredible prizes – cash, trips, food products, kitchen appliances and more. I enjoy making simple recipes with fresh, colorful ingredients, especially with flavors from the Caribbean.”
