Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Makes 1 serving
Takes 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Nut Milk or Filtered Water (I recommend unsweetened Almond Milk)
1 Tbsp Pure Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice (or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg)
1 tsp Coconut Sugar (optional)
1 Apple (optional)
Directions:
Add the oats, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and coconut sugar to a small sauce pan and mix to combine. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The oatmeal should be creamy but loose.
To serve transfer into a serving bowl or jar then top with a bit more pumpkin spice or just ground cinnamon and a few apple slices.
